I would like to share with you my experience with the Alpha course. The Lord made it possible for me to attend the course. He made it possible for me to be a part of the Holy Spirit Weekend. Praise the Lord. What an experience it was to be touched and filled with the Spirit of the Living God, to feel God's power deep within me and to sense His presence. Glory is to God in the highest. The Lord has replaced my sadness with hope for the future. He has replaced my tears of sadness with tears of joy and gladness. He has given me my voice to praise and worship him and to go and spread the Good News. Hallelujah thanks be to God my Father. Alpha is the beginning, the beginning of what? It is the beginning of my personal journey with Christ my Lord and Saviour. To learn, study and meditate on His word so God may etch His word in my heart and mind. To learn what purpose God has for my life and what He has in store for me. Dear friends, I would like to encourage you to come and bring a friend to Alpha. Come to have fellowship with each other. Come to learn about God and the power of His word. Come and be renewed by the Holy Spirit so we may worship and praise the Lord with all of our hearts, minds, body and soul. Let us fall all over in love with our Lord. All honour and glory to Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour. |
