Hello to everyone, My name is Trevor Potter, and as the majority of you have already heard, I have recently taken on the position of Youth Director here at Saint Michaels. It is an honor and a joy to be coming on board with this church, that has such a wonderful reputation in the community. I have only heard good things about Saint Mike's, and about the Youth Group itself, and so I am very excited to be joining the team. Jasmine has left big shoes to fill, and I am looking forward to the challenge, and to where God is leading us. I was baptized Anglican as an infant, but have spent my more recent years involved in a Non-Denominational church, and so I am excited to be coming back to an Anglican church again, where it feels as though I am coming full-circle. My ministry and theological training was done at a Trans-Denominational school (Tyndale University College & Seminary in Toronto), which has given me a great respect and appreciation for many different traditions and forms of church, which I believe will aid in the ministry God has given me here at Saint Michaels. I am very excited to be joining this wonderful church, and I am extremely excited to see what God has in store for myself, and for the church at large. My prayer is that I might be a faithful steward of the flock that God has temporarily placed in my hands, honoring Him, and aiding in the growth and development of everyone that I meet here at St. Mike's.
